Rule #1
After you buy a bike the second thing you wanna buy is the small bag that can be attached to the top tube. So you can put your wallet, keys and smartphone in it.
Rule #2
One Second Rule
You have 1 second to decide when you ride a bike. If you do not know what you will do in 1 second, either slow down or stop; otherwise you will crash.
Rule #3
Watch their leaving point
Driving in the city requires rules, especially if you ride among pedestrians. The anxiety of crashing into someone is always there in the beginning. To beat this feeling, as a cyclist you should ride towards the point where people are just leaving, not where they are going. Because people don't care about the places they leave behind, thus it is free. This rule applies when pedestrians cross the road you are driving through.
